The most common problem with the installation of the software is the welcome page not being accessible after the install is complete.
More often than not, this is caused by an Out Of Memory error in Tomcat. The Tomcat default heap size is too small for bemokoLive to start and it needs at least 256Mb.
It's obvious to spot the error if it happens in the catalina.out file in your Tomcat logs directory. There will be an Out Of Memory exception in the file if you have the problem.

| We've recently discovered 64bit JVMs need a higher heap size allocation than 32bit so are increasing the documented heap size to 512mb for all platforms.
